MAS Epoxies offers a repair system for molded-in non-skid areas on your deck. Select a pattern to match your deck, prepare the surface, apply gelcoat to the area, lay the Flex-Mold pattern on, let it set, and peel it off. The Flex-mold is a ônegativeö pattern that mates to, and locks into place over your existing non-skid. PREP: wax the entire area, except the defect, new gelcoatÆll stick on the actual defect. The Flex-Mold is coated with green PVA, to server as a release agent as well as barrier coat. The Flex-Mold can be used repeatedly as long as the PVA coating is intact. Once PVA has begun to come off, wash remaining PVA with water. Let it dry & spray 6 coat of PVA
