The horseshoe buoy is a basic component of any crew overboard package. Plastimo's horseshoe, with an impressive 33lb (15kg) of buoyancy, is articulated to allow extra widening of the sides to better accommodate larger crewmembers. The cover is welded, and the horseshoe includes a security strap with a nylon hook. The set includes the horseshoe, a SOLAS fixed light and a stainless steel bracket for mounting the buoy and the light.
