Our Simpson Bay Lagoon location not only serves as store and distribution center, but also holds our own 56 slip marina, a Taylor Marine forklift able to lift boats to 29ft; and an outboard maintenance facility. Our marina and boatyard is conveniently located near respected specialist marine businesses like St. Maarten Sails, Simpson Bay Diesel and FKG Rigging. Important note: No outside contractors or workers are allowed without permission from Island Water World Inc., N.V. Use of contractors other then those approved by the company will result in a fee of $50.00 per day per contractor being charged to the boat. Work area should be cleaned and returned to its original condition. All charges incurred must be paid before vessel is launched.

- Catamarans and multi-hulls are charged 150% of the above-mentioned dock rates
- All dock fees should be paid in advance
- No pro-rating or refund will apply
- Reservations should be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit. Dates can be modified only with one week's notice
- No storage of any kind is allowed on the dock
- Dinghies should not impair the use of the next berth

Dry Storage:

- Up to 15ft: $150.00 per month
- Above 15ft: $250.00 per month
Utilities
We are able to provide you with shower, water, electricity, FREE WiFi and many services.-
Showers per person:
- Free. $10 refundable deposit for shower key. -
Electricity & Water:
- Metered Electricity: $0.45 per kwh
- Metered Water: $0.15 (per gal. (3.78L)). $10 refundable deposit for water meter lock key.
- Plug adaptors rented at $10.00 per day with a $50.00 refundable deposit.
